Lanes to Lakes is a 3-part progressive swim series designed to take you from controlled pool swimming to confident open water racing. Whether you’re brand new to triathlon, nervous about swimming in a pack, or simply want to become a stronger, more efficient swimmer, this series gives you the skills, confidence, and real-world practice you need.
We’ll start by dialing in your technique and efficiency in the pool, then build race-day skills like sighting, drafting, fast starts, and managing chaos, and finally bring it all together in a guided open water session so you’re prepared to show up calm, confident, and race-ready.

Unwind, reset, and recharge with a deeply relaxing Sound Bath Meditation experience.
This guided session uses soothing sound frequencies from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments to help calm your nervous system, release tension, and bring your mind and body into a state of deep relaxation.
No movement or experience required — you’ll simply lie down comfortably and allow the sounds to wash over you. Many participants report improved sleep, reduced stress, and a greater sense of clarity and calm after just one session.

The Madison Experience Camp is an all-inclusive, all-levels training weekend designed to get you race-ready while surrounded by the most encouraging and experienced coaches — and athletes — in the game.

Train on the official IM Wisconsin bike and run courses — with group rides, supported aid stops, and real-time feedback. Multiple distances will be available (Sprint to Iron).
✔️ Daily Open Water Swims at Monona Terrace
Led by expert swim coaches. These are the most instruction-heavy sessions, with tips on sighting, race-day prep, and open water confidence.
✔️ Evening Education + Community
Fueling. Race strategy. Transitions. Mental prep. We’ll cover it all — over dinner with athletes who truly “get it.”
✔️ All Athlete Levels Welcome
Whether you’re a total beginner or seasoned veteran, we’ve got you. Coaches will be present for all sessions to provide support, tips, and motivation. This is a “session-guided” format — with plenty of freedom to push at your level.
