Whether you're training to run your first 5k, or, tackling a full Ironman, we have the trainer and program for YOU - both IN PERSON and VIRTUALLY!

One-On-One Personal Training

Whether it’s a race of any kind, weight loss goal or just wanting to feel better, our Personal Training staff can help you go where you want to be. In these 30 or 55-minute sessions, we will take productive next steps toward your goals, in a fun and non-intimidating environment.

One-on-one personal training includes but is not limited to:

  • Cardio programming

  • Strength training programs

  • Weight measurement and tracking

  • Body composition measurement and tracking

  • Online access to Training Peaks

Tri Club

At Tri Fitness, we’re more than a triathlon club—we’re a community. Whether you’re brand new to the sport or an experienced Ironman, you’ll find certified coaching, supportive teammates, and a welcoming atmosphere that helps you train, race, and have fun along the way.

Membership Includes:
